Payment/Refund/Shipping

PAYMENT 

We use reliable payment gateway and accept all modes of payment available. But if the gateway does not support your particular bank / mode of payment then you can write to us at our email id info@myindiamint.com and have direct transaction by depositing fund in our account excluding the process on online purchases.
No Bank charges will be added for any payment made via digital mode such as NEFT, Cheque etc.

REFUND

You shall be eligible for refund only if initiated within 48 hours of receiving of materials. The 48 hours shall be calculated as per the tracking data available on India post website relating to time & date of delivery.

• To initiate refund you need to email us at  info@myindiamint.com giving the following details as mentioned under.
• Give us a reason / explanation for refund. It could be purchase by mistake also, no problems in that.
• You need to mention the order number, and items you want to refund. In case of complete order refund, no need to mention the items.
• If the reason pertains to a mistake on our side such as dispatch of wrong material, damage item, or any other mistake then full amount shall be refunded on receiving the materials. In any other case the refund amount shall be equal to “Net refund amount = Total amount paid – shipping charges – GST of order value”.

The Refund After Initiation May Take A Maximum Of 7 Working Days.

EXCHANGE

Once you have bought any material or stamps by mistake and wanted other items in its place, then again you shall need to intimate us via email at  info@myindiamint.com within 48 hours of receiving of materials. Additional shipping charges shall be borne by the buyer and the exchanged material will be sent after receiving the original item for which exchange has been sought. Any difference in amount while exchanging shall be settled as per the situation and such information shall be communicated via email.

SHIPPING POLICY

We shall ship the items via INDIA POST only. We do not use any other form of shipping since all our charges are as per the Speed Post for addresses across India. International buyers shall pay extra as per the invoice, the shipping shall be done via Registered Air Mail a service of India Post (Indian Postal Department, Government of India).
We charge only one time shipping for any number of products selected in your order, the item containing highest shipping charge shall be applied, for example if you select a single stamp & a full sheet, then shipping charges for full sheet shall be applicable.

The time of delivery may vary from 1-4 days. Since we have no control / authority over the shipping company, we take no responsibility for the time taken for delivery. We take up to 24 - 48 hours (working days only) to dispatch your material. On specific date this time may increase.

We use hard card board (24mm) which increases the weight by minimum 45 grams in small package & 150-175 grams in big sizes. We do not compromise on packaging which always results in higher cost of shipping & packaging when compared to our competitors. To know more about our packing, click here.

In our 30000+ deliveries made till date experience with Indiapost, we have never come across any loss / theft. There might be delays up to 9-10 days but never a theft / loss.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

Our Payment gateway Supports VISA / MASTER CARD for international payments also, but in case you are unable to make payment due to any error message, then kindly email us along with your order list and we shall make alternative arrangement for payment link to be sent to your email.
